The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re reforming the management system in the Single Gas Transportation System of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 4116a) establishes that functions of dispatcher's supervisory control over the Single Gas Transportation System of Ukraine are performed by the operator of the Single Gas Transportation System of Ukraine that is determined by the central body of executive power, responsible for formation and implementation of state policy in the fuel and energy complex.
